ServiceMaster SRQ has been doing estate services for customers in our area for over 20 years now.  Many of our customers from out of state have come to custody of a property in our service areas and need a point of contact with information of the multiple services that they may need during the property’s transition prior to new ownership. In many cases the home furnishings as well as personal items need to be processed, content packing, content cleaning, furniture removal, shipping needs, laundry needs, debris removal, pressure washing, cleaning, nicotine removal, painting, hvac cleaning of air handler and ducts, and many more services.  

ServiceMaster SRQ provides all of these services at a personal and professional level that exceeds our customers expectations. Most jobs can be estimated over the phone with our experienced owner Chris Whittaker and some general information including pictures.

ServiceMaster SRQ is a disaster restoration specialist in water, fire, mold, odor, and emergency cleaning task. Ultimately we are a cleaning company that does so at lighting speed to make ready for any possible renovations or reconstruction. In some cases we can take care of post cleaning task upon request. We can manage multiple service lines provided as well as additional vendors that may need to be involved. We only provide the level of services and cleaning that our customers want.
